Melanie has been active in the insurance industry for over 20 years.  During that time she managed and owned a small agency, which later merged with a large statewide broker.  She has a very diverse background in direct sales as well as marketing and is a graduate of NC State University. 

John, better known as Skip, is a West Virginia native and Wake Forest Graduate. He has been with HPB Insurance since 1980 and is involved with many community organizations like Kiwanis, The Salvation Army and is a member of First Presbyterian Church. Skip believes that putting the customer's needs first is the only way to do business.

Tracie, a Lexington native, has served in the insurance industry since 1998.  In 2002, she earned a CISR designation.  Tracie's patience and knowledge of commercial insurance help her educate clients on their specific coverage needs.  

A native of High Point, Casey has been in the insurance industry since 2008. She was worked in both commercial and personal insurance, holds a CISR designation.  Casey helps the customer understand what coverages they currently have and what is needed to best protect their families.   

Craig is a High Point, NC native and has been in the insurance industry since 1999. He is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.  Craig's sharp wit and cleverness help his customers to feel more comfortable and open when discussing their personal accounts.

Originally from Hickory, NC, Kaylyn began her insurance career in 2008 when she joined HPB Insurance. She is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health. Kaylyn graduated from NC A&T State University with a BA in English and Strayer University with an MBA in Marketing.  Kaylyn believes it's important to develop a personal relationship in order to provide the best service. 

Chandra Vanessa Robinson, better known as Vanessa is new to the insurance industry and obtained a Property & Casualty license in February 2013.  She is a native of Fairfax, Virginia, where she worked in the mortgage and financial consulting industries.

Jim Mahoney has been with HPB Insurance since 1982. He graduated from the State University of New York at Potsdam and attended the Insurance Executive Program at Appalachian State University and also the Life Underwriters Training Council. He is an Accredited Advisor in Insurance and is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter.

Vicki has worked in the insurance industry since 1984. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a BA in Sociology. She holds CISR and CPSR designations.  Modesty, level headedness, and an encouraging attitude are some of Vicki's many qualities that help her to be the most efficient in servicing her clients and our producers.

Dana joined the HPB Insurance team in February 2012.  She is a High Point native with 14 years of experience in the insurance industry.  She has a degree in Office Systems Technology from GTCC.  Dana uses her knowledge and experience in the insurance industry to provide the best service for her clients and works with them on a personal level to ensure they have coverage in place that will best fit their individual needs.        

Adena has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. She was named North Carolina's Outstanding CISR of the year in 2006.  Her warm personality, caring spirit, and knowledge of the insurance industry allow customers to trust her insight and value her advice.

Susan is a graduate of Radford University and has called High Point home since 1994. She joined the commercial division of HPB Insurance in 2010 and recently earned an AAI designation along with a license in Life & Health insurance.  She is an active member in her church and a member of WHEW!, a United Way of Greater High Point Program where women help empower other women.  Susan's knowledge and education in the insurance industry ensures her the capability to give the best advice possible to her clients.
